I worked with Claire during her first engagement within Microsoft, and she showed her versatility by adapting quickly to our agile ways of working. Claire proved she was willing to adapt, and stepped up to the challenges we had in the project, very quickly leveraging experience from team-members and peers. She made good of a difficult situation and developed some excellent work throughout all three phases. This was recognised by both the customer and the Microsoft project team.
