I was asked by 3chillies to produce a brand new look and feel for the West Oxfordshire District Council website. The requirement was to utilise the same basic structure and functionality of the Cotswold District Council sister website, which was also one of our joint projects. These examples show a few different colour and image themes, all working around the same framework. I was also involved on some of the front-end coding of both of these websites.
